Has anyone read The Postman, by David Brin? (It had a pretty terrible movie made out of it in the late 90s). Tomorrow I'm going to the Dickens Christmas Fair (a victorian themed thing) with a dear old friend of mine. Hers was the Doctor Who/Victorian themed wedding, so it's going to be a costumed affair...and they say you never get to reuse old bridesmaid dresses, heh.
